Premiere firm seeks Health Care associate for Corporate and Finance group. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare regulatory compliance matters. A minimum of two years’ experience in general corporate law and mergers and acquisitions is also preferred. Strong drafting and negotiation skills related to corporate documents are a must. Top academics, large law firm experience and admittance to practice in Illinois are preferred.
